The self-catering cottages (Otter Holt & Owl Hayes), were converted from stables that date back to 1773. Original beams hae been kept and add to the individual character of the cottages. Ideal for family holiday or a quiet retreat.

The self-catering cottages are situated just 2.5 miles away from the market town of Honiton, famous for Honiton lace and the Honiton antiques centre, being the largest in the Westcountry. Market is held twice a week and there is a monthly farmers market. There is a huge variety of shops to cater for your every need. Some are privately owned unique shops or ther eis a selection of nation-wide stores also. For the complete family holiday, we are ideally situated close to many attractions and the World Heritage Coastline. Sidmouth, Beer, Seaton, Branscombe, Lyme Regis, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton.
