This part of East Devon is noted for its Thatched cottages (Broadhembury only 3 miles), Devon Bank Hedgerows, millstreams, fords, cob walls, delicious clotted cream teas, scrumpy cider and wines, fish straight from the boats at Beer.
 If you have any particular interest that is not listed, please enquire as we have all been born in East Devon and have a lot of local knowledge. Family history, Awliscombe village history, arts and crafts and textiles and pedigree dairy animals are just some of our interests.
